Chat Links are the newest part of ZacksChats.com. Most of these chats are non-html based. Some may require a java applet load or registration to chat. If you are looking for HTML chats, they are here. I have tried to divide the chats out as General(All Ages, Non-Adult Content), Teen or Kids Chats, Adult Chats, and Instant Messengers and give a short description of each site.
